- The main character is a serial flirt and shares kisses with several different women throughout the film. In addition, many dresses display cleavage, and one woman wears very tight leather pants.
- A woman with really tight leather pants bends down to crawl into a cave. It's really brief but used in somewhat of a seductive manner.
Violence & Gore

- A strongman threatens to rip another man's head off for having an affair with his wife.
- China Girl is seen with her legs broken off. Oscar repairs them with glue. Being made of china, there is no blood.
- China Girl kicks Oscar in the shin, to which he remarks that it didn't hurt.
- A good witch is bound and shocked with magical lightning in a brief scene.
- A good witch fights to stop one of the evil witches from escaping. She is hit by magical lightning and thrown across the room. The evil witch is disfigured (partly offscreen) after an item is destroyed, and she is magically thrown through a window.
- A witch magically lifts up a man and throws him against a wall.
Profanity

- Oz calls Knuck 'Sourpuss', much to the latter's dislike.
- "Damn" is used twice.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Mila Kunis's performance is VERY frighting in the second half. Not recommended for (deleted. You are welcome to include your personal opinions about age ratings in the Reviews section).
- Evanora is also a VERY disturbing character, because after being shocked after what she has done to Theodora, she still doesn't see the error of her ways as she attacks Glinda and does not stop! (until Glinda reveals her true appearance)
- An attack by the witch's savage, flying baboons Is likely to frighten and disturb most young children.
- The town of china is shown in ruins and China Girl mentions her family having been lost in an attack.

Sex & Nudity
- At the end of the movie a woman kisses a man behind a curtain after they defeat her sisters and her heel hits a projector which shows their shadows to their companions.
