Under the Influence

Warning: Spoilers
I am glad that they had agents be quick to think that this might all be a stunt from Gia. It shows that they are learning and have maybe watched a few episodes of programming on CBS before.

But it turns out it wasn't and they went the incel route. We know the show is more political these days than it was in the past, but I don't mind it, I just ignore it. But I feel like they need to come up with some better villain things. This does not feel believable at all. We know there are crazy individuals out there, but someone holding her hostage and trying to get funds to kill her not keep her alive seems strange.

Better than the previous episode, but not by that much

Poor snowflakes indeed, having to watch a show covering "influencers".

There have always been these types of people, but usually they were created by media companies, not individuals. Yay freedom.

But even "influencers" deserve the protection of law enforcement - of whatever type - if they have been kidnapped.

You might complain as to how this was an NCIS case, but that complaint has been covered before. I have decided to take each show as it is, NCIS related or not.

If anything was annoying, it was another poor deprived "incel" as the bad guy.

The first plus was Kensi getting to kick butt, a two-fer this time.

The second plus was L'lerrét Jazelle. They actually hired someone who looked the part for an exercise "influencer". More of her, please.

Just as some COVID sufferers lose their sense of taste and smell for a while, maybe it has affected the writing skills of this series' writers. If so, here is hoping for a speedy recovery.

Social Media and Privilege

Holy Molely!

An episode that focused on waste of government resources for the PRIVILEGED! A reflection of present day. Social media snowflake's mommy is government bureaucrat so she needs elevated attention when her acolytes aren't able to fawn over last trip to the bathroom. Highlight generational divide of what is important vs what is pure self indulgence. Barf!

Zero Stars

I have watched this show since it's in eption and this is by far the worst episode ever. The annoyance level of these "social media" stars, their pronouns and trolling is just ridiculous. Ramming it down our screens just to tick the "Woke" box makes it unwatchable in parts. This makes me think that this show should have ended when Nell and Eric left. It is now just a platform for the writers to try and win over the woke generation.

And NCIS LA Tumbles down the rabbit hole too!

I will not get into the detail of this latest exercise in crass identity politics except to ask a single question?

When is Sam Hannah going to appear in a spandex leotard and cape with a big W on his chest and declare himself 'Wokerman'?

The whole franchise is becoming ridiculously comical....
