Sex & Nudity

- In the beginning, a young woman is shown skinny dipping in a swamp. We see her bare breast, butt and vagina for an extended period of time
- A young woman is shown changing her shirt. When she notices a man watching her, she flirts with him while topless. We see her bare breast for an extended period of time.
- In a flashback, a man is shown to be in a romantic relationship with his young teen sister.
- A woman assists her drunk female friend in getting her clothes off, revealing her breasts. They kiss briefly. Before anything more can happen, the drunk woman passes out.
- A man watches his friends kiss and remove their clothes. He begins to masturbate (nothing shown). His sister comes by and strokes her brother's penis while they continue to watch their friends. After he finishes, she is disappointed seeming to expect him to do her. It is implied that the couple that were kissing had sex.
- There is an interspecies rape scene.
- A woman comes out of her wearing an unbuttoned shirt. Her breasts are visible.
- The monster seems to be showing gonads throughout the movie, but it's unclear of what's between his legs.
- Additional kissing and some innuendo.

- Perhaps the most disturbing sequence takes place during a flashback, when a man kills a giant gator and begins eating the discarded human body parts nearby.

- A hideous man-monster is supposed to have lived has a high body count.

Profanity

- Language includes frequent use of words like "fuck," "shit," "damn," "ass," "hell," "goddamn," and "jesus" (as an exclamation).
- Characters give each other the middle finger.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- A group of young people sit around a campfire smoking pot and drinking from an extended period of time.
- A couple of hillbillies drink beer and some kind of homemade liquor until they're stumbling drunk.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- There are frequent jump scares, as well as the numerous scenes of violence and murder mentioned above.
- There are also scenes involving attacks by tarantulas, and a snake, that could be considered frightening by some viewers.
- One of the more unsettling sequences features one of the antagonists of the film tying up his own daughter as a sacrifice, and cutting off her foot in order to prevent her from escaping. The amputation is done just off camera, but the scene is somewhat intense nonetheless and many viewers may find it disturbing despite the lack of gore.
- A girl opens her mouth and a huge green bug crawls right out.
