As Rocky and Professor Mayberry prepare to stop the deadly wood-disintegrating radiation emanating from the ringed moon Circo from reaching the Earth, the evil Agar steals a rocket-ship equipped with the 'cold light projector' that makes the vessel invisible and escapes from Earth. Not a lot happens in this bridging episode other than a demonstration of Agar's cold-bloodedness (he throws his wavering accomplice out of the ship with only 5 minutes of oxygen). Agar is an odd character, he repeatedly gripes about being small and mocks 'muscular heroes' like Rocky yet seems to be the most capable brawler in the Rocky-verse (baring one, but more about that next episode). Nothing spectacular but if you watched part 1 and plan on watching part 3, you might as well set aside a half hour for this episode.
