Funniest episode in a while
pledgerock21 February 2022
It might be Because I live in NYC and I was actually a real Estate agent for a couple years but this episode was hilarious. The way the city people act like chickens who can only say things like "Tesla" and "MacBook" is hilarious and never stops being funny. I did miss seeing the other 3 boys and I usually prefer when everyone is involved but this was a lot of fun. Crazy to me that South Park is in its 25th season and unlike other animated adult shows like Family Guy and The Simpsons it's still going strong.

I'm just glad they're back to their old form

Maybe this is not the best South Park episode ever, but I thought it was pretty funny. I never liked South Park's focus on seasonal arcs, so to see that they're back to more self contained episodes is kinda refreshing in a nostalgic way. Yes there were repetative jokes, but they worked for me.

Best episode of the season so far
calinstelistu0117 February 2022
Warning: Spoilers
The best episode of this season so far, in my opinion. A classic Cartman episode, in which he's an asshole to his mother. The city people were also pretty funny too, although the joke did seem pretty basic. As usual, his mother eventually gives in to her son's demands. Would have been interesting to see her not crack under her son's pressure, but maybe we'll see that in a future episode.

Not Great. Not Bad.

Warning: Spoilers
This episode is better than the premiere episode of the season, I won't lie. But this episode is also another shallow self of its former older seasons charm that the staff tried their hardest to capture. It has its funny bits, like any other South Park episode (fortunately), but it has also its more over dragged and mediocre aspects here and there.

The best episode so far into the season is shockingly, last episode which was a Tegridy park driven episode. I don't believe all of Season 25 will be bad, but hopefully it does get better as a massive fan of the show.

This episode focus on Cartman becoming another real estate agent, just like his mother, to try and make her quit the job so she can focus on Cartman again. It's a decent premise, but the execution is somewhat alright. It's just repetitiveness. Which can be funny to others, but for me it's annoying, especially if I didn't find a certain joke that funny the 1st time. I understand the point they were going for, and I wouldn't mind if they repeated it 3-4 times, but it DRAGS ON FOR THE ENTIRE EPISODE.

It's tiring and boring when it's predictable. We all know what's going to happen. Cartman will get Liane back but it comes with a consequence. To be far though, the ending was hilarious. I wonder if continuity will take affect and this will be focused on later, because it's a great change. But other than that, meh episode.

I truly don't get all the hate for 'City People', it's a smart, funny, well written, and intresting episode. If you like Tsst or The City Part of Town give this one a watch.

Not great, but watchable

Warning: Spoilers
This episode features Cartman going into realty to get back at his mom for getting a job in realty. It's weird how last week I said I wanted an episode on Cartman. I didn't get that good of an episode. The best part was how the realtors all broke their backs to look good. I admit to knowing little about selling realty. I mean, I've never bought a house!

The hot dog joke was pretty good. I liked how the city people sounded like chickens. It was just kind of boring. Well, in these times it's hard for everyone. I'd be scared of people looking so happy. ***

I thought the episode pretty good.

Warning: Spoilers
I do like how they incorporated Token's, I mean... ToLkIEn's previous house into this episode.

I think the episode has a really crazy ending with Liane quitting her job just because Eric wanted her to. But that is Eric being Eric. He becomes a relentless villain on this episode, which ultimately leaves the two to live in an old Hot Dog fast food joint.

This episode, I genuinely don't believe is as good as the previous episode. "The Big Fix" I thought was absolutely Fantastic to watch!

Pretty Decent
colek-3711717 February 2022
Warning: Spoilers
I thought overall the episode was decent I thought there was some pretty good jokes about modern city people especially with the Is Tesla's and metal bottled water And a couple other phrases pretty much are the only things they spoke There's not as much butter's action as I honestly I honestly hope there would be But I honestly lost it when they tried to sell Tolkien's house couple of the scenes did feel a little dragged out though But still a pretty good slam on real estate.

It had some good stuff

This will be an episode that will be funny years down the road when this generation realizes just how foolish they seemed. That's if they have gotten a sense of humor by then.

Warning: Spoilers
Long time South Park fan. The first episode was decent and I think was a call back to formula. But with this episode showing Cartman moving out of the town and Tolkien now being neighbors with Stan. They might be setting up for something grand towards the finale but we'll see. I hope the show will start to show more focused character dynamics like this one between Cartman and his mom. There was no real B plot this episode which I think benefited this episode.

Not great
ayrtonottoni17 February 2022
The episode did have a decent joke going for it, but it was overused and by the middle of the episode wasn't really funny anymore. While I did like the other episodes this season, this one just didn't really land for me. I also had trouble really understanding the point... maybe I'm just dumb lol. All around I didn't really care for this one, not one I think I'll be rewatching any time soon.

Great episode
samanixwow19 February 2022
The episode was great, some of the people here complaining about being bad clearly don't know what they're talking about. The season so far is doing great and the "negative reviews" are just a cherry on top from all the seething.

I love it when people get slammed by South Park and try to retaliate by a bad review and a 1 star rating It amuses me how South Park manages to make fun of everyone and piss everyone off And I love Eric Cartman by the way.

You're the problem
worktobedone23 February 2023
If you give this episode anything other than a 10 then it's because you're either a realtor or from the city 😂. If you happen to live in the mountains in Colorado during the mass exodus from the city then it's the most spot on hilarious episode ever!! If you're a realtor in the mountains then congratulations on being in the right place at the right time.

I'll say it again just to hit 600

We've seen this already
cholmes932017 February 2022
The City Side of Town did this so much better, not to mention other episodes making fun of "city" people. Here the joke is amusing but one note, and used and leaned on throughout the episode. Much like Mr. Kim use of the word city. And obviously Cartman was just being manipulative.

There's some amusing parts to this episode, like with the realtors, but not really laugh out loud funny and it felt too safe. I also felt they could've done a better job focusing on or examining Eric and his mom's relationship. Especially since we came away with nothing new. We already know Cartman is a master manipulator and his mom always caves and caters to him. Maybe this is just a set up for a season character arc?

Overall this episode was forgettable, the writing lazy and, worst of all, it was boring.

Please go back to Slice of life.
hurdrandy17 February 2022
Warning: Spoilers
All these new episodes are one long 'joke'. They are milking metaphors and repeating the same point over and over. This entire episode made fun of 'city people'... that's pretty much it. Cartmans story was barely a B plot.

Remember the older episodes. They were funny.

3 episodes in and still not a decent one

This was easiest the least funny/interesting episode of an already disappointing season. I love South Park but I honestly think it is time to end it and maybe do something different.

Very hard to watch now
CensorMeNot17 February 2022
South Park is trying to be funny while also remaining politically correct. Unfortunately, that doesn't work, AT ALL!

It's really hard to watch. Haven't laughed once while watching the past 3 episodes. Such a shame with all this golden material circulating every single day.

For instance, they could have incorporated Black Rock buying up all the homes, or tenets who refuse to pay their rent, while also refusing to leave the property, or low income housing being built in the suburbs. Sooooo many great things to clown, but NO. They must remain politically correct without touching on real issues and the utter absurdity going on. There's also been a total removal of that hint of logic and common sense at the end of those types of episodes.

Such a shame.

Woke Park isn't funny
johnmorehouse-4345920 February 2022
The magic is gone. This isn't the same show any longer. Part of the problem could be that they're spread too thin because of the needs of the Paramount Deal. This also happened around the time they were creating the Book of Mormon Broadway show.

And, it is exponentially harder to be funny if you're constantly worrying about offending someone.

South Park has lost it's former charm and magic ! It's paintfull to watch and it's even more paintfull for me to write this review and rate so low ! Trying to be funny while also remaining politically correct doesn't work !
