Aunt Ivy : [while watching a movie about bunny slippers coming to life] Ridiculous! No one with half a brain could actually wear such pathetic-looking slippers.

Jon Arbuckle : Uh, actually, I happen to own a pair just like them.

Aunt Ivy : You just made my point.

Garfield : That's Aunt Ivy: 1, Jon: nothing.
Jon Arbuckle : Aunt Ivy, uh, why don't you take my bedroom?

Aunt Ivy : I was already planning on it.
[Aunt Ivy falls from the ceiling and lands on Garfield after being spooked by Jon's bunny slippers]

Aunt Ivy : Get rid of them!

Jon Arbuckle : [sighs] All right, but bunny slippers can't hurt you.

Garfield : [after Aunt Ivy gets off him] No, but having a fat lady fall on you can.
[Jon's bunny slippers actually come to life and chase him, Garfield, and Odie out of the house]

Jon Arbuckle : I'm calling the police!

[grabs his cellphone and dials]

Jon Arbuckle : Hello?

Garfield : Yeah, right. Like they're gonna believe a guy who calls up and says "I want to report a pair of evil bunny slippers."

[on the other side of town, two policemen answer Jon's call]

Policeman : What? Give me the address! We'll be right over! Jacobs, we have a 743 on our hands!

Jacobs : Oh, no. Evil bunny slippers? Let's roll!
Jon Arbuckle : [to Professor Bonkers] Hey, I know you. You're that mad scientist who once sucked my cat into the TV set.

Odie : Huh?

Garfield : The animators are reusing another character designed from last season.

Wally Wingert: Jon Arbuckle
