There's a very good story going on here if the show's brave enough to tell it.From their first appearance, we've been shown evidence that Brax and even Heath aren't as bad as their reputation suggests, that Brax really does just want to earn an honest living and make friends. But this episode finally turns it on its head and offers unequivocal proof that they're criminals.They're involved in drug trafficking, they've attacked and possibly killed Angelo.Having Brax act around Charlie the same way he's always done, despite what we now know, is a master stroke.Could the couple that have been set up as the new lead pair turn out to be criminal and dupe?Could Brax get darker and darker while the audience knows what he is but the characters only get snatches?Maybe.We'll have to wait and see.
Meanwhile, whilst it still feels very odd to see Leah and Miles rolling around in the grass together, they do at least put the ill feeling with Elijah to bed.And it's nice that Irene's return gets an acknowledgement.
