A bit slow here and there and a bit adult, but still pretty funny.

It is important to point out that this show would be best watched with the closed captioning on. While I thought Lavell Crawford was quite funny, he seemed as if he had a slight speech impediment and captioning helped a lot.

As for this concert video, it was very funny but like many concert videos, it's full of offensive stuff. If you don't want offensive, try a show with Gabriel Iglesias, John Pinnette or perhaps Jeanne Robertson (if she ever makes one). But, if you don't get too twisted out of shape when Lavell talks about sex (a bit graphically at times), mental retardation and uses adult language, then this one is for you. I particularly liked when he talked about his mother and her less than stellar parenting style. As for the rest, while enjoyable, I really thought the first third of the show was best.

Overall, I would expect to see more from Lavell as he is quite funny and puts on a good show. Clever but also a bit adult at times.

Absolutely the Funniest Guy on Netflix

He does in fact have the St. Louis drawl in his voice, turn the TV up and brace yourself for an hour and a half of PURE comedy! He is Mike Epps, Eddie Griffin, and Kevin Hart all wrapped up in one BIG dude! He covers all topics, laughs at himself, and just an enjoyable date movie, as long as you date has a serious sense of humor! There is nothing sensitive in his humor, he keeps the crowd engaged, he keeps them all truly dying in laughter. Lavell should have Last Comic, but he definitely brought the love to St. Louis, and in return we all loved him back. So please, I have encouraged all my friends and family to watch him, see him live, and share with your friends

Haven't laughed that hard in years. I've seen more stand up specials then most, I put this up there with my favorites from Chris Rock, Dave Chappelle, Ralphie May, Bill Bur, Tom Segura, Fluffy, George Carlin and any other great comedian I'm missing. I laughed so hard I started coughing. 10/10

Call me psychic but I knew what to expect before I even switched this garbage on. Opening routine of..Yeah I'm fat!,can you see I'm fat?,Isn't it hilarious I'm fat?. Well.... No! Not because of your size, simply because of your lack of funny material. Come back when you've watched Gabriel Iglesias.
