AMAZING FINALE
dadafaafss19 October 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Awesome episode! I'd love to see more of the O'Brien's in the future! But this episode was veryyy sweet! It had Mick and Megans wedding where they get their happy ever after. Evan and Abby got engaged (I cried..) + Evan bought a house for the family to live in! Jess is pregnant!!!!! Plot twist! And little Mick is home with Sarah and Kevin, who is going to medical school! Connor and Margaret are continuing to work together and have a relationship and Bree and Luke are trying to work through challenges together! I loved this episode and hope in the future they can do more or see them again! I love.

Perfect Ending to a Lovely Show
elisa-grant19 October 2022
Warning: Spoilers
This show has been "lollipops and rainbows" during a mostly horrible time as we only got this show in Australia during covid/ lockdowns.

It's an unrealistic and hallmark card type of show with fairly simplistic storylines but the characters grow on you and their chemistry is so lovely.

This episode ties everything up in a big bow tie as only American shows can do. Everyone gets their "happily ever after" and you know what? After the events of the last 2 years we NEED some of that!

Each of the core characters received a nice "conclusion" to their tale and the ones who were missing but still relevant were mentioned. It's clear the road ahead for this fictional lot is "smooth sailing" and that's a great way to end a series.

Just ignore the fact that clearly all 3 sisters are clearly very pregnant 😂😂

Excellent series final

It is always nice when a show runner is given the chance to tie a series in a bow with a happy if not realistic ending - of course this is Hallmark and you really wouldn't expect anything else - I did find it amusing that about the only gal not very pregnant when they taped the final was 69 year old Barbara Niven - the 3 daughters looked like small condominiums in over-sized house coats - Hallmark doesn't believe in sex before marriage and all their actors sleep fully clothed but I can't count how many movies and series have co stared very pregnant lead actresses before their romantic partner has his first kiss on screen.

"All or Nothing at All"

"All or Nothing at All" is almost the perfect Chesapeake Shores finale.

I gave it nine stars, but it would have been ten with a Dianne Ladd appearance. Sadly, Nell O'Brien has been missing from the final season, and it's a shame the showrunners couldn't have figured out something (other than a brief flashback appearance) because in the final scenes with all the family, it just didn't quite feel right, without the wise the matriarch there.

Other than that, brilliant: everyone gets their happy ending, which I guess was always going to be the case, with plenty of forward warning for the writers to accommodate. Lots of smiles. The final scenes flashing back to earlier seasons charted the growth (and hairstyles!) of the O'Brien clan, and was the perfect way to end.

TV won't be the same without the O'Brien's and that spectacular Chesapeake Shores (aka British Columbia) scenery.
