"In Case of Heart Failure" aired March 2 2012, it's all happening..get to see Michael in a tux, sexual tension between him and Kate. Good friend collapses, can't diagnose, pretty sick. Lady arrives at Clinica, broken toe but had heart transplant, guess who's heart? Yup Anna's! Kate tells Michael, he takes over, listens to 'Anna's heart, strange feeling. Fixes lady up she's doing well. Michael avoids talking to Kate about the kiss last week. Mike's friend getting worse, Mommy Dearest turns up, shuns beautiful girl friend, turns out she made him so ill. Rita works her magic on Mommy and all is forgiven. Friend, girlfriend and Mom good. Lady with Anna's heart returns to clinica, problems caused by broken toe, Michael takes her in a cab to hospital, cab gets smashed by giant truck, Michael can't save lady. Returns to clinica, tells Kate. Kate says 'I'm sorry' but more importantly..her husband Harrison gave up dream job to stay and work on their marriage, Mike appears to have recovered from the disastrous accident, too quickly and remorseless I thought, because more importantly, asks if she also wants to try to save her marriage....cliff hanger.....Now this episode was a bit over the top but I can forgive anything Patrick Wilson as Michael Holt does. However, I do have one exception...PLEASE TELL THE WARDROBE DEPT. TO STOP PUTTING THOSE SCARVES on him AND TYING THEM IN THAT STUPID LOOP STYLE!!!! Thank you.
