The full English title of this Japanese exploitation movie is BIG BOOB SQUAD: SEXY RANGERS, which tells you everything you need to know about it. It's a wacky sci-fi comedy, shot on video, in which voyeurism is the name of the came. If the sight of top-heavy young Japanese actresses running around in their bikinis is appealing then perhaps this is the film for you.
Otherwise, this is a short and sweet production that feels surprisingly tame; it could almost be made for kids. Don't go in expecting nudity or anything of that ilk, because you won't find it here. The basis is the old POWER RANGERS type TV shows that originated in Japan, in which an evil gang of ninja-types, a sorceress, and humanoid robots do battle with a quintet of girls who draw their super powers from having large breasts. The acting is somewhat laboured at times but the main actresses are surprisingly decent in their parts and the director is clearly having a ball.
