For a fan-made trailer, this is reasonably well made.
It does a decent job capturing the visual style of the graphic novel in which it was inspired,.
While the acting was incredibly cheesy (And personally, the voice of the actor playing Batman made me chuckle a little bit)the overall result still shows a lot of love for the source material, and I'm sure if this was an actual film, it would be far more faithful than a big-budget Hollywood adaptation.
But in all seriousness, I don't think that a live-action version of Grant Morrison and Dave McKean's Arkham Asylum would work. A much better idea would be make it an animated film, combining different visual techniques. (After all, that worked incredibly well for The Maxx)
