- A man's throat is slit from behind, some blood is shown spurting from the wound for a couple seconds. Not graphic but pretty bloody.
- A man is suddenly stabbed from behind with the knives going into his shoulderblades and neck. Blood pools from his skin as he chokes and dies over an extended period of time.
- A man gets slashed repeatedly in multiple places (arms, legs, torso, back) with a small blade, causing him to bleed profusely. He is then garroted with a wire and the aftermath is shown with the wire cutting into his throat and leaving bloody detail.
- A man is attacked and killed with a hatchet, blood is shown splattering onto a wall. His dead body is shown with the blade stuck in his face but it's brief.
- A woman has her thumb cut off with bloody detail and is fed the same finger; another woman has her finger broken off-screen but the aftermath is shown and it's extremely brutal and graphic.
- A screaming woman has her head bashed against a table, silencing her.
- A woman has her head slammed numerous times against the keys of a piano, very brutal and shocking.

- Scenes of cannibalism and dismemberment, limbs are cut and sawed off with bloody detail and various body parts, including fingers and eyeballs, are shown being eaten.
- A woman is abruptly shot in the neck with an arrow, it's shown going into her throat and exiting through a small flap of skin. Sudden but not graphic at first as the camera pans away, though the aftermath is seen and it's pretty brutal.
- A man is stabbed directly in the eye with a fork, he pulls the fork out along with the eyeball with extremely brutal and bloody detail, before putting his eye into his mouth and eating it. He is later shot in the shoulder and blood splatters onto a wall; he fights with the gunman and the gunman sticks his finger into the missing eye socket.
- A teenage boy's face is burned by a pot of boiling liquid, pretty nasty and unsettling. He is beaten and choked against a wall with a rolling pin until it's moved to the side jarringly, breaking his neck and killing him.
- A previously brutally wounded man is struck in the head with a metal object, his skull is shown being smashed open with a view of his exposed brain. Very quick but very gory.
- A woman is stabbed through the back with a hunting knife, not bloody but pretty upsetting.
- A woman chases another woman with a sledgehammer, as she gets ready to kill her, she is shot in the head by a third character, causing blood to splatter. Very sudden and unexpected.
