Much of this second half of Jim Powers' BDSM "Bound by Desire" project is footage repeated (but presented as if new, not merely a recap) from Part 1, or adding to scenes already shown therein. Caveat emptor, I guess, but the public deserved one complete film rather than being milked with sloppy seconds.
Both Elexis Monroe and Teal Conrad, peripheral figures in Act 1, are back without anything significantly added to their already viewed stints. Elsewhere, Powers rejiggers the focus to center on Casey Calvert this time rather than star Chanel Preston.
Unlike the first movie where Calvert wondered about her future as a sex slave for Richie Calhoun (the actor who is strongly identified with this type of role from his "Emma Marx" films made by Jacky St. James), Casey goes over to the dark side enthusiastically in this edition. Similarly, the red herring plot device of Act 1 where wife Allie Haze was thrilled with her dominating hsuband Ryan Driller going straight and becoming gentle and romantic with her, rather than ball-gagging and flogging her all the time is abandoned in favor of his conforming to the beastly behavior of his peers played smugly by Evan Stone and Calhoun.
Subtitle "Collared and Kept Well" indicates the misogyny of this one, amplified by Calvert's final line of dialog: "I love my life", reflecting her full submission, a status she oddly confirms as her real-life preference in her BTS interview.
