Hats off to Justin on a well made first feature! Dark consequences is great from a writing standpoint, because it uses the back story of an average group of teens fighting outside life forces as a platform to explore common themes of high school life. Things like friendship, love, and loyalty are interwoven throughout the story. It's also great from a production standpoint because the crew did a great job of effectively and creatively working with a modest budget. Thanks to great performances from the actors, the audience is constantly entertained by characters many people can relate to one way or the other. It's clear that Justin has put a lot of time and thought into this film, and overall it's a well made first feature. Can't wait to see his next work!
