'None of this makes any sense' exclaims Tucker in this episode of Danger 5, and he's absolutely right: Episode 3 is just as excessive and as mind-bogglingly random as the last couple of shows, yet it manages to be a lot more fun with the introduction of prehistoric monsters. As if evidence were really needed, Revenge of the Lizardmen goes to prove that dinosaurs can make almost anything better, especially when armed with heavy artillery.
This episode opens with Danger 5 as fugitives from the law, having been framed for the abduction of schoolgirl Holly by their enemy Hitler, who is now posing as FBI Agent Hitler. What follows is 25 minutes of freewheeling madness featuring a talking drug-orange, Hitler weeing on Mengele, a dream sequence in which Claire gives birth to Hitler, Ilsa being attacked by a T-Rex, Tucker using his ninja skills, and a stripper with big tits dancing with Claire's severed head, all culminating in a road chase (realised through the use of unconvincing models) in which our heroes pursue a truck full of dinosaurs firing big guns.
My favourite moment: a dinosaur being shot in the mouth by Pierre, blood shooting out of its nostrils as a result.
