The show opens with the Smoking Gunns facing the jobber team of the Brooklyn Brawler and Barry Horowitz. Vince McMahon interviews Ted DiBiase and Bam Bam Bigelow about Bam Bam's match with Diesel. Then Vince interviews Diesel about that same match. Bertha Faye squashes La Pantera Serena. Todd Pettengill gives the In Your House Report. Diesel defends the WWF Championship against Bam Bam Bigelow. Aldo Montoya makes short work of the Black Phantom. Hunter Hearst Helmsley makes his Raw debut in an extremely brief vignette. Seriously, it's only about five seconds long and he doesn't even get a chance to speak. Other than the WWF Title match, there's nothing worth seeing here.
