Just like Barry has become an asset, so too has the Jenkintown Posse, each of whom is smitten with Erica and adopting her as the gang's new leader (this is all part of a misguided revenge scheme, 'natch). It's a group of idiots but they wouldn't be nearly as funny here without Erica as straight(wo)man; Hayley Orrantia really knows how to play weirded out.
All of this and the martian face of Adam's knock-off Cabbage Patch Kid, this episode is absolute scream.
