Season 3 Finale Rant

Warning: Spoilers
Every Witch Way came out on January 1, 2014. It was only expected to be a 1 month event, until people actually liked it and demanded more. May i ask, why? The production, acting, and plots are completely stupid. I am completely disappointed in what Nickelodeon has come too. At around March or so, Nickelodeon decided to renew ANOTHER season that was scheduled to air around summer. Immediately when it happened, i knew the show were to be renewed again for a third season due to having a good amount of viewers. The thing that really irritated me, was when the Nick team decided to take off Legend of Korra to air this crappy show. Again, why? I didn't watch Every Witch Way after the tenth episode i have to admit that, until i was forced to watch it again with my brother on the Season Finale of the third season. Can i say, I was shocked.

The plot goes like this..."Phillip is a human now and Emma has side effects from the crystal and starts to feel weak, she can't cast any spells. The gang, including Agamemnon and Desdemona, are taking care of Emma at Daniel's house. Daniel mother walks in and demands to Daniel to tell her what is going on, then Desdemona tries to cast a spell, but her powers must have faded away. Desdemona and Agamemnon realize they both lost their powers. Meanwhile, Daniel wants Emma to be with him and not Jax. Elsewhere, Emma and Mia gets trapped in a zombie video game, then zombies start approaching them, Mia and Emma run for their lives, Emma tries to make a shorter population of them by casting spells. Emma trips and needs Mia's help, but Mia enters a train in the video game, inside she whispers and says, "I finally get to defeat the chosen one, your welcome Dad". Mia then helps Emma in the train. Jax appears in the game and try to find Emma, Emma sees Jax and hugs him, then Jax tells them both to follow him, but Mia is trying to look for the crystal, and when they are finished, they go back home. At the end, Emma sticks up for herself and talks back to the council saying that she is the chosen one and she gets to make her own decisions and that she doesn't need them telling her what to do anymore. Now, Emma must choose between Jax or Daniel. Emma holds one of their hands and they are transported to the pool, it turns out that she chose Jax, and they have a romantic kiss in the pool. Mia frees Diego, Maddie, Katie, and Sophie and they are all free." - (Wikipedia Every Witch Way)

Let me start off with the zombie game scene first. When Mia and Emma needed to hide in that trailer thing, Emma was "to tired" to climb up 3 steps of stairs.. 3 STEPS OF STAIRS. If Emma were to be hurt or severely injured, i would have understood, but just from being tired of running 1/4 of a mile? C'MON! Emma even said she was "too weak", but she didn't even show any signs of weakness. Her acting was horrible! The way she collapsed so stupidly, made me laugh for the next 3 minutes of the episodes!! Aside from that, did you see the amount of Zombies there were? HA!

Some of the scenes where they tried to give out "feels" to the viewers, didn't even give me a single emotion. I couldn't even focus on the plot, because the acting was so horrible. A side not from this, does anyone feel like Every Witch Way looks like a novella? No. OK, thought so.

I got to admit, the reason i didn't give it a 1, was because the ending really did surprise me. I've been hearing about how the new kid, "Jax" liked Emma and Emma like Daniel, but also liked J- .... Yeah, you understand what i'm trying to say. But, i was surprised when it ended with, "Jemma". You would expect the creators to want to end it with her first love (in the show), but they changed it up and made Jemma canon (possibly, there is going to be a 4th season). It actually tells us that, you won't always end up with the first person you crush on, New people will come along and you will fall in love again. It was the only part of the whole series, that made me interested. However, i still really disliked the episode.

The last thing i want to point out, there is going to be a sequel. Why? Because a 4th season isn't enough. Nickelodeon sees that people like this piece of crap and they are happy to continue it, because the show isn't worth a lot of money. I can't wait to give a review for the sequel. ;)

In Conclusion, i give the season 3 finale a 3...
