The Doctor becomes the Silence in this episode (basically). He makes it so whenever information is learned about him, at least when learned from a particular source, it is forgotten almost instantly afterwards. Pretty snazzy trick, but I'm not sure it's good for the Doctor to copy tricks from evil, next he'll cover himself in eggs and start telling people they are going to be exterminated!
