- The entire movie is essential a series of flashbacks to various events, including accident scenes and attacks. These scenes are often bloody. The main character is afraid much of the movie.

- Flashbacks throughout the movie to an event in which a young girl is seen to attack her psychiatrist with a shard of glass (she stabs her several times, blood spatter is seen), and then slit her own throat (very graphic, though she is shown later to have survived this event).
- (this is in reference to any mental illness related violence and gore) Shows graphic scenes of attempted suicide and self harm, straight from the beginning. As well as this, there is a scene in which a girl can be seen hanging from a tree, having hung herself. There are multiple scenes in which characters hurt themselves, resulting in a lot of blood shown.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
- A psychiatrist is shown taking pills (later revealed to be for anxiety). She is also shown stealing prescriptions from another psychiatrist.
