There are numerous violent acts that take place in this episode. We have the continuing specter of Hector which permeates everything. As a matter of fact, with Henry at the center, there are times when we're not sure there aren't more Hectors. Malachi sees the avenging angel as bad for business. Meanwhile, we are introduced to the two kingpins of the drug trade, one associated with Northern Ireland. We have the murder of the young guy whose stash was burned by Hector/Henry. We have the cold blooded killing of one of Malachi's guys when he refuses to act on his orders. This episode also ends with the potential for death. I do have one question which will not create spoilers. Why won't Walt let the FBI pick up the guy whom they want brought in? Why is he determined to transport his own prisoners?
