A chameleon lectures an advanced air group on keeping their ground area well camouflaged.
During the War, work for the war effort kept the cartoon factories busy, and several of them afloat. Animation fans are aware of the Private Snafu cartoons written by Ted Geisel (aka Dr. Seuss), but Disney kept the lights on late to produce long cartoons like this with their best staffers. Designs were borrowed from other, better known works -- the chameleon here, called 'Yehudi' by the fliers, owes a lot to Jiminy Cricket -- and used ruder jokes than their theatrical releases did.
Still, they were just as carefully drawn, and given the subject matter here, that makes a big difference.
