Just watching episode 5/15 and have noticed that while Dave Myers is making a salmon pie with spinach, he has two open wounds on his skin, not covered as they should be under Health & Safety.
One wound on his right hand is over the knuckles and the other is on his left hand forefinger.
Open wounds breed germs, which should be nowhere near food!
Please sort it Si & Dave. This is unacceptable. I have noticed the same thing previously on other series, so this is not an isolated incident.
