Easily a masterpiece in the platforming genre that surpasses Super Meat Boy in all regards.

While the other review has some realistic points, it feels like a bunch of it is written by an AI or something. Literally none of this game is randomly generated, and every playthrough IS the same. I have no idea what that featured review is talking about, but it is 100% wrong in that regard.

Beginning the game you outright can discover there are multiple ways to clear through it, but no matter what you do (even if you clear the 1st level), you eventually have to discover the real pathways. You wind up with 2 options, either play the standard sequence of levels like you would in Super Meat Boy (occasionally having a branching path, but once again. NONE OF IT IS RANDOMLY GENERATED.), or seek out the hidden pathways and uncover the real final set of levels. (Just like SMB, go figure!)

The story is mostly told through various NPCs and stage design, no idea what the other reviewer is speaking about with symbols, because there aren't any. Just environmental details and obscure NPCs.

The soundtrack is NOT tense and eerie, its literally all classical pieces of music that are all redone...Seriously that other review sounds like a bunch of AI garbage.

The 'checkpoint' system is subjective based on if you're talking about the last set of stages or the ROM carts, as those DO NOT HAVE ANY.
