- A woman is discovered dead in a shower in her bra and underwear.
- An unmarried man and woman are living together.
- A man's mother seductively says to him, "I could spend the night with you if you want," while she rests her arms on his shoulders. Note that the mother does not recognize the man as her son, but is attempting to use her feminine appeal to entice him to give her money for booze.
Violence & Gore

- Head shots with blood sprays are common. Be prepared to see pools of blood on the ground or spread all over windows and on bodies.
- People cough up blood. A woman coughs up blood during a suicide attempt.
- A headless bloody body is found chained to a chair. Another headless bloody body is discovered wrapped in barbed wire and stuck with nails in various places. This body is also full of maggots.
- The severed heads of two men are discovered. Their eyes and mouths are open and they have some blood on their faces.
- A man is scalped. We see his skin cut into and peeled back. The surgeons insert a huge needle into his head. Part of his skull is removed and we can see his brain while the surgeons proceed to remove a small section of it.
- Be prepared to see dead bodies lying in pools of blood.
- A masked man randomly shoots a whole bunch of people. We see blood splatter and the bodies fall and hit the ground hard. The same man gets a hold of an ax and murders people with it.
- Shoot-outs with blood sprays are common.
- An internally ill woman coughs up a lot of blood into her hand.
- A man is shot and his blood sprays all over the face of the man next to him.
Profanity

- Hell is used and God's name is taken in vain in the subtitles. B*tch and sh*t show up once. An American says the F-word.
