Light-hearted boy/boy romp
lor_12 September 2017
Fine acting by the boys boosts Nica Noelle's second entry in this new series for Icon Male, treating Gay romance in a lightly comical manner. It's not quite the farce advertised on the DVD liner, but an amusing respite from the usual dramatics.

Brandon Wilde and Kory Houston are roommates at a small hotel in the off- season, bored due to the absence of many guests. Though Kory keeps admonishing horny Brandon with "You're not my type" (an in-joke not lost on the viewer, since Brandon is as popular a Gay sex ingenue as anybody around), he succumbs to his entreaties for the film's first boy/boy sex vignette.

As with the first episode in this series, Nica wisely breaks up the all- male format by casting an amusing lady (definitely not sexy, more of a Totie Fields type) as a barfly named Beth at the hotel where Brandon works as bartender. She kills time regaling him with anecdotes, until a male couple shows up for drinks, namely Nica regulars Jaxton Wheeler and Roman Todd.

The guys claim to be step-brothers, but when left alone we find out they're sort of a Gay genre Laurel & Hardy, having a secret rendez-vous to get away from their wives. Nica's tongue-in-cheek script gimmick has them each married to the other's sister, an odd permutation for sex I can't recall ever having seen used in a thousand rom-coms.

They have sex together in their hotel room, and Nica contrives to have each brother-in-law seduced by Kory and Brandon respectively. The frivolity ends on an expected light note, with that "You're not my type" line reiterated. Film's title is a stretch, as I guess both brothers-in- law might be considered hot in context.

A fun movie in Nica's Gay Porn canon, but I wish she had credited the actress in a NonSex role. In the previous volume a similar-look character player named Victoria Skye was identified (she played a wife), but no such luck this time.
