Sex & Nudity

  • Season 1: A brief scene of a man and woman having rough, frantic intercourse in a car.
  • Season 1: It is implied that an older man has sex with a much younger woman.
  • Season 1: the naked body of a teenage girl is examined in close up.
  • Season 3: Scenes in a sex club and discussion of brutalized prostitutes.

Violence & Gore

  • Season 1: numerous brief scenes of bloody violence (stabbings, shootings, and bashings).
  • Season 1: graphic views of a decapitated head and a headless corpse.
  • Season 1: A young girl shoots herself in the head. The camera cuts away at the last second.
  • Season 1: several scenes of gun violence.
  • Season 2: Close ups of two disemboweled corpses.
  • Season 3: Very rough and bloody. Episodes feature gun violence, stabbings, dismembered limbs and heads, prison brutality, torture, beatings, etc. Not for the squeamish.

Profanity

  • Season 1: Surprisingly, very little profanity in the English subtitles. Scattered uses of shit and damn; one single f-bomb.
  • Season 2: Profanity in the English subtitles becomes much harsher than season 1. Full TV-MA with constant f-bombs.
  • Season 3: Extremely rough. Some episodes have 20 to 30 f-bombs and assorted other TV-MA profanity.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Season 1: disturbing discussion of disabled children being exterminated.
  • Season 1: Lengthy discussion of gang rape.
  • Season 3: Prison riots, disembowelments, bloody stabbings, head bashings, explicit gun violence; one episode features a plague-like disease and shows graphic sores, decomposing bodies, and people trapped with biting rats. Not for the squeamish.
