Warning: Spoilers
The ending got pretty lame, they always have the killers decline to go through with it when the moment strikes, but this was a crazy episode. I also tend to enjoy when the team gets bested by the bad guys. Even though I am sure they have great training, the NCIS team should not be able to stop every bad guy so when sometimes they don't get the upper hand it makes for good television.

Total casting failure and accents completely wrong as a result
mainyehc3 September 2018
I usually like the series, including the casting, but in the only chance Daniela Ruah had to rock her native Portuguese accent, the producers completely dropped the ball by casting spanish-speaking actors in *all* the Brazilian roles... which is especially galling because the fact that Daniela speaks Portuguese was used as an excuse to have them speak the most garbled mess I've ever heard.

You may think nobody would notice the difference, and in a certain way you'd be right, as *most* people wouldn't. The American public doesn't really know any better, and Brazilians dub all their TV series and movies anyway so they couldn't figure it out either way. But as for the Portuguese... oh, no, we do not do any of that, we can tell all of our accents from one another very well (including the Brazilian ones, ever since Brazilian soap operas started airing in Portugal), and only use subtitles on this side of the pond (ha, interestingly, all of the Brazilian antagonist's lines *had* to be subtitled, because no one would ever understand them, while Ruah's obviously weren't). It's too bad, because the episode was otherwise cool (also, that last one-liner in Portuguese really drew a nice big chuckle out of me), but... you know, as they say, "the devil is in the details".

NCIS: LA is getting so bad, worst episode yet.

Warning: Spoilers
Absolutely awful, complete garbage.

Starts off with some Marvel like superhero rubbish where one maybe 70kg soaking wet woman kills three ex-marines with two tiny knives, and then it only gets worse from there.

Later on Kensi decides to, despite having her at gunpoint, walk close enough that our superhero can spin kick her gun from her hands and then get beaten in a ridiculous fight where the door magically gets chained shut (despite Kensi and the bad girl starting the fight the other side of the room) so nobody can help her. Oh and did I mention how she has a near unlimited supply of anti-tank missiles at her disposal? She has two in her car, and then a third suddenly appear to shoot up the boat shed. Remember the good old days of Gibbs and co where an entire episode was devoted to finding one of these missing rockets, apparently they're readily available across LA now?

Then to top it all of, we get a sob story trying to turn the Marvel mass-murderer into some redeemable character who is apparently "good", despite shooting Sam & Callens vehicle with one of these anti-tank rockets, and murdering many people prior.

Might be time to stop watching NCIS: LA at this point, every episode so far this season is worse than the last one. What happened to the great show that was the early seasons?
