This is no doubt one of my all time favourite season finales of Grey's Anatomy, mainly because it doesn't end on a cliffhanger and simply a happy ending for several characters. This episode was so much fun to watch as it has so much love, heart and humour throughout as everyone prepares for Alex and Jo's wedding. It was so funny watching the disasters unfold from everyone going to the wrong location to seeing the Levi destroy the wedding cake. Although this probably wasn't the wedding of Jo and Alex dreams, it was still a memorable one nonetheless. It was also the perfect sendoff for Arizona and April and I'm really glad they got the happy endings they deserved. I'm glad to see they both managed to renew old loves with Callie and Matthew and they deserve to be happy after all they have been through. I also enjoyed their last moments with Richard. It was really touching. Plus I love that Teddy came back and the surprise she has in store and the subplot with Bailey and Ben was great too. I have never felt so much love, heart and humour in one episode.
Overall, Grey's Anatomy gave us one of the best season finales that I will always and forever love. It is definitely one of my top favourites.
