This was a wonderful overview of humanities efforts to push the boundaries of science. I was surprised that this was produced by Red Bull, but then I thought about it, and I can see how it makes sense.
The highlight of the series for myself are the views of the work space of the scientists, the conjecture of GZA on directions for future technologies, and the enthusiasm of the researchers as they condense all of their passion and knowledge about their work in one segment.
If you make it a point in your life to stay up to speed regarding scientific advancements, you're probably are already aware of the concepts discussed. Having said that, it is still worth the watch to hear directly from the scientist involved and to see their setup 1st hand.
Yes, the host GZA is not a scientist and largely not knowledgeable about the topics discussed- same as 99.9999% of Earth's population. I enjoyed watching a host learn as they explored the topic. Not every science show needs a Carl Sagan, Bill Nye, Neil Degrasse, or Brian Cox.
