While not among the series' strongest, this episode still contained many laughs, a wholesome ending, and an antagonist who reminded me a little bit of Jackie the crossing guard from "Teen-a Witch." Alice was one nasty character, but amusing to watch nonetheless. I think my favorite line was when the kids were playing "Bike Ride Trash Toss," and Gene described it as "Quidditch, if Harry Potter's life took a really sad turn." I enjoyed the subplot with Gayle in one of her funnier appearances, and the debut of Mr. Huggins also had a few good scenes. "As I Walk Through the Valley of the Shadow of Ramps" is a solidly underrated episode.
