More of the same

Dogs new series so far follows his attempts at catching Most wanted criminals, it's also Beth's final story and how she deals with what she knows are her final months before the cancer she's been suffering with finally takes her.. The first two episodes are quite fast moving and exciting and the use of aerial shots adds to the drama, so far so good although you may have to not take things too seriously with the way things happen so quickly sometimes, methinks lots of editing to make it a lot more fast paced than it really is...

Warning: Spoilers
I realize that you're famous and all, but I've never known a man of God that called women "" and allows your cast members to say things like "tramp stamp!". I may get some slack about this comment/rating, I don't know. I've been watching your new show to see the last part of Beth's life (RIP). I am going to watch the rest of episode 7 and hope for the best.

Warning: Spoilers
This series tackles more on emotion than the bounty hunting that Dog and Beth are known for as they show the last few months of Mrs. Chapman's life as she does her job with her husband by her side.

Watched the first episode and can't wait for the next episodes., this is going to be emotional as what happened to Beth just recently., much respect for that woman.

I love this show

One of the few reality shows that is how you see it. The crooks are real, the cases are real, real police, real warrants. In fact one man that they captured for rape, just got life in prison.

In these times of upheaval, it is nice to see some positive TV about helping others . Dog has been on TV pretty much since 2003 and that says a lot. The fans love the family and they are real

Season one of this show was that last shows Mrs Dog ever filmed. Tough to see, but she went out as a fighter.

Great show, never miss it, highly recommended

The action so far has been disappointing. The emotional story is gripping.

Warning: Spoilers
Hidden under layers of Dog and crew chasing after small time criminals is the touching story of Beth Chapman and her unfortunate passing at an early age. Dog seems rusty and old. There is very little new for the bounty hunting portion of the program other than Dog and crew have really lost a step. Even former superstar Leland seems much older, bloated, and out of practice. While still entertaining in a blast from the past sort of way, the bounty hunting smacks of a cash grab. Heck, Dog even admits as much when talking to Beth about how expensive cancer is in one of the first episodes. The story of Beth and her battle against cancer and death is the compelling portion of the program. In typical Beth style, she is straightforward and blunt about her condition. It is sad, gut wrenching, and heartbreaking to watch. They share just about all details, so how the rest of the season on the Beth storyline has me tuning in every week. If this show was just the bounty hunting then I would be out. The hunts just have not been overly interesting. Some other aspects about the hunts that have been bothersome: The first episode state that their daughter has 15 years bounty hunting experience and she is maybe 25 years old. Obviously, they are stretching the truth. They say the grandson (Leland's son has 5 years experience). Then, in one of the first episodes when the grandson gets thrown from a moving car and the daughter fails to block the car in properly, Beth talks about their rookie mistakes. Huh?? Dog's deputy "David" and his wife appear so utterly ineffective through these first episodes that I wonder if they truly are experienced bounty hunters. Dog, Beth, and the crew have really seem to have ramped up the curse words this series. I don't remember them swearing as much before. On numerous occasions, Dog and Beth have thrown it out there that the criminal on the run is wrong for making Beth get out there and bounty hunt. On the other hand, they speak many times of how bounty hunting will be helpful to Beth. Beth even states she will, "die in her boots" as the preferred method. So, which is it? Dog seems overly reliant on flying a drone and trying to get the fugitive with knowledge obtained from drone footage. Overall, an uneven and lopsided effort that is still worthy of your time and attention.

This Cannot Be Reality TV

Warning: Spoilers
As the bail industry faces eliminating private bail this TV show will without a doubt aid in propelling the its inevitable end.

Regardless if you're aware that the first show was cancelled because Dog called his son's girlfriend a disgusting racial slur or the second show was cancelled because of a Texas sheriff conducted an open investigation on Dog and his CMT crew committing a felony Breaking and Entering offense (and being ordered not to return to his county), this show has little hope of being a smashing success simply because of the times we live in.

I also can say it's not refreshing to see 60 and 70 year olds chasing fugitives. Dog children are only a reflection of himself and his late wife, Beth highlighting the racist tone in their household.
