I had a lot of expectations before seeing HOT FUZZ, I believed that I'd laugh until explode, like a comedy movie, from the beginning to the end, certainly I did almost the entire film, but, at the end, it looked like a Stephen King story. I had seen a similar story in THE REAPING where the whole town were involved about the strange facts, the different part, hot fuzz didn't show us "the evil" itself. The shot where are showed the bodies in the basement, it's really horrifying, and the man stuck with the little church wasn't funny neither, anyway, I'm not saying that the film is bad, really I had a good time, I enjoyed it, who wasn't completely happy was my arm, my girlfriend's fingernails left some marks on it while we were watching the film. She doesn't like scare movies.

A secret organization that kidnap people from different parts around the world to sell them to rich people to be tortured and killed... this could be a great idea, and the first part attempted to show us a disturbing film, nonetheless it had some facts that weren't credible, for instance, the killer little boys... in spite of this, it was a good movie, but! this second part is utterly ridiculous...the secret organization had more people that the CIA, and this is really hard to believe, people are being sold to the highest bidder around the world?, the killer little boys again, and the soccer game at the end, this really crossed the line, of course, it's a movie!, but, for god's sake!, more imagination wouldn't have been possible. In addiction, the film had neither suspense nor terror, how the last girl escaped was the worst part of the movie. Don't waste your time with this, please!

I don't get it why in all suspense movies, the word "curiosity" is involve in whatever part of the feature film. Of course, "it's a movie", dark paths, strange doors, the creepy house,...and, the guy has to go through all of them. For god's sake whoever in the same situation, at 6 a.m. next day would be on way trying get away from there place. Moreover, the known circle-path, you arrive where you start, I think the entire people knew this could happen. I could summary the complete plot in three words: walking to hell, the couple was condemned since they arrived, they couldn't do anything for saving themselves. The truth for their lives, nice deal!. However I can't say that the film was utterly disastrous, it had scary set pieces where made my couple hold on to my arm. Anyway, whoever says this is a astonishing movie, doesn't know what is saying.

The winter of 1967 has almost gone. Laura, a 9-year old girl is found dead in a marsh near to an orphanage in the middle of the Pirineos. A month later, Marco arrives to the town and settles in the attic of a old house far at the mountain. Julia, orphanage's headmistress, notes a strange events concerning Monica, Laura's roommate. It's a place where the little girl is attracted at the same time that is scared, because she thinks, Laura is still there...

I haven't seen too many Spanish movies, mainly this kind of genre. Let me say that this film is quite good. A couple of days before I saw the poster of this film on the wall of a video-rental store, it looked interesting, I came inside and red the summary behind the box,(at the top this comment), it really looked interesting, so that, I rented it. What's a surprise when I was watching it. Throughout the film the plot was increasing more and more. I think the whole cast were good, nice performance, and good scary shots. In a first time after the screen faded at the end of the movie, I was thinking about a different ending, "the direction could have worked more about it, because, it's hard to believe that the ghost just would want stay besides her dead relatives... perhaps there was a murderer amongst the people". I was dead certain it could have been better, but, in a different way, a murderer in the movie became the film a Spanish version of Gotica, that is the reason why It graded it 8/10.

May be people didn't like the ending, but if you see in a different point of view, you will see that the film is quite original. I recommend this film for anyone wants to have a good time.

I've just seen the film with my girlfriend and really she was grabbed to my arm throughout the movie. I think the films wasn't very good, but the actors gave it a especial support. Forest's performance was excellent, his co-star Gabrielle was just as good. The sound was good, it really scared us. I think most of the people that saw the movie felt the same because if you see the user rating, until now, many people graded it 10/10. The movie definitely scared. But... the flaws were both the script, and,of course, the plot. No original and certainly a little slow. The idea that a girl lose her memories due to a traumatic fact but unconsciously she express them on different ways throughout her life... I'm sure you have seen it before, haven't you?. Morever there are some parts that have no sense, for instance, Why did the little rose's ghost had to kill the rest of the guys, if her little partner Claire had taken revenge killing the murder?, because they didn't say anything and buried her in the marsh?, or she just thought they were guilty for not saving her? or may be lest they forget don't be drunk where a little girl is in danger. Hard for me to understand why she did that. A bad script.

When I went to see this movie, I had read about the controversial ending, but I wanted to see by myself. Well... people were right, very confused, after thinking about it, you just can say: You can't escape from destiny, of course, a original idea, there weren't films with this focus, doesn't true?, I think we are seeing the fourth part of final destination, whatever thing you'll do to avoid death, doesn't care, because it will find you. I don't understand why did she have a premonition if she couldn't do nothing for changing it?, she tried, but that attempt bore to the tragedy. It's true through the film the plot was amazing, I was eager all the time waiting the end, but, Is that it?, I was another one that said the same when the screen faded. I don't pan Sandra performance, I think she was wonderful, the flaw, the big mistake, was the main idea.
