Ice Twisters (2009)
Wow! A Huge Surprise Plus....
It's my five year old grandson's second car ore movie! (Fire Twister number one)
I love cheesy movies with lousy special effects but this one has a decent plot and a really good Mark Moses starring in it. He really does make this movie better than it should have been. He's been i many great tv shows in great roles over the years. I'd love to know why he did the movie LOL. I'd also like to know how cars and trucks get sucked up onto the sky during a twister but people don't...
I found this on Amazon Orine/Freevee. There are many similar titles on the platforms and can't wait to watch more. I've now seen this movie 6 times and I'm not bored yet! Weird I know. Happy Watching!.
Fire Twister (2015)
Much Better Than The Ratings Plus......
It's my 5 year old grandson's favorite movie!
Yes it's cheesy. Yes the special effects are terrible.
Yes the roller coaster scene has worse editing than many Star Trek scene mistakes. Yes Casper can Diem is still around! Yes a Murphy Brown regular is the bad guy!
It's fun and better after the 3rd time watching.
It's amazing how many cheesy movies have been made over the years. Shark movies. Tornado/twister movies etc. Obviously the audience has been found! After this go find Ice Twisters, also on Freevee and Amazon Prime.
Can't wait to see Christmas Twister at Christmas time. Happy watching!
Murdoch Mysteries: Murdoch Rides Easy (2022)
Outstanding!
I've been watching this show since the beginning. I've never missed an episode. (I wish ACORN TV would broadcast the episodes when aired in Canada instead of making us wait months in the USA.). This, without a doubt, was the funniest and I think best of them all. All the motorcycle movie references and the way the lines were delivered kept me laughing throughout. If you're a fan of motorcycles and motorcycle movies do not miss this episode. I think a couple of car movie lines were used too. Even if you've only seen motorcycle movies do not miss this episode. Well done! The series has lost nothing in 16 years.
A Christmas... Present (2022)
Did I Just Watch an Episode of the 700 Club?
Geesh. Candace Cameron Bure, upon leaving the Hallmark Channel said she wanted to put for God in Christmas but this was ridiculous. She should have stayed over at Hallmark. Did we really need another channel like this? I have watched every movie she's ever made at Hallmark. Most I enjoyed. I will miss the Aurora Teagarden series.
This movie was way too heavy handed on the religious angle and the characters were all very bland. I don't mind a feel good movie but this was way over the top and heavy handed. I also expect more from Marc Blucas. I'm sorry to see him leave Hallmark too. Unless you're an uber-religious Christian I'd stay away from this movie.
I want to be entertained, not preached to.
