From what The Big Bang Theory is around the world nowadays, this episode is pretty weak. "The Grasshopper Experiment" is a remarkable episode, because it's the one that all the geeks discovered that Raj isn't 100% unable to talk to women - he does that when he drinks. Also, here Penny gets the job in the bar where she works ever since.
Sadly we don't have many funny jokes here. There are some funny scenes about Howard making fun of Raj's Indian accent (which looks more British to me), too few annoying Sheldon's peroration and a decent funny moment in the end when Sheldon gets drunk and sings animated to the bar's audience. As said before, weak for a BBT episode but good enough to entertain and have a good time.
