The main motive of the villian is, he is tired of reincarnated and by destroying all the lives in earth will stop it. But, he also got a bullet that will stuck the memory of the people in a chip so that he/she will not be reborn again. My question is why don't he put the bullet in his head and solve this problem in an easy way?
