Ainsley is always a joy to watch and ever dish he makes you can see him smile and put 100 percent in. But his recipes are simple and easy step by step. For me he is the best chef of my generation watched him growing up on ready steady cook and watch him now on food network and got most of his books.what a lovely show to try with kids.

As someone who enjoys Saturday morning cooking shows such as Saturday Kitchen and James Martin, my favourite chef is definitely Ainsley. He's so happy and upbeat about everything. If I'm feeling a little down his sunny personality and jovial approach never fails to bring a smile to my face. His recipes are also very easy to follow and he explains everything and gives useful tips. I always say to my husband...he is to cooking what Geoff Hamilton was to gardening..a one off and a national treasure. I love listening to him talking about his mum's cooking from his childhood and he has the knack of putting everyone at ease.
