This Episode begins with Nick, he drinks some booze at the bar in Boston. Simone just had sex with Lucas. Richard, Bailey, Amelia and Nick visit Meredith's lab. Trey punched Lucas in his face. Maggie and Winston had sex at the hotel. Meredith shows Bailey, Richard, Nick and Amelia her alzheimer's research. Sam needs surgery as soon as possible. Bailey received the Catherine Fox Award. Meredith tells Nick that Michael is Zola's tutor, and not her boyfriend. Meredith kissed with Nick. Teddy fainted in the OR. Link tells Jo that he is in love with her. Jo tells Link that she is in love with him. Jo and Link are kissing with each other. Mika resuscitates Teddy. Simone and Lucas perform Sam's surgery. Sam past away. Owen resuscitates Teddy. Amazing Final Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 19, this was just so great. A really great cliffhanger at the end. Will Teddy survive this? And will Meredith come back to Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital?

I've been a fan of this show since day one! But ever since they killed off Derrick it has gone downhill quick. And with Alex leaving and the pathetic story line they gave him that was the last straw, they are literally grasping at straws to keep the show afloat. I mean really, Alex decided just overnight to go back to Izzy and leave Jo??? And these new interns are BORING!! And it's basically the show starting all over again with the same storylines. Just pathetic! I hate how political the show has gotten as well. Voicing their opinions through their characters, DON'T CARE, nobody wants to see or hear about that.
