Boston Stewie

Warning: Spoilers
The Chris and Meg storyline was certainly a tad odd, yet there are people who are into this kind of thing in real life. I just hope I do not end up as one of them. I think they needed to adapt and make it a little funnier though, even if it ended up as too cartoonish. I'll take the comedic tradeoff.

They played into a lot of the Boston stereotypes well though, and as Patriots fan the idea of living with adoptive Jets fans would be brutal.

It is also good when Stewie is a little bit more restrained and not as over the top or as violent and angry as he can be. So, that was a net positive for tonight.

best episode so far

Great sarcasm, superb references to the current crazy events in the world we find ourselves living in (which we built, all of us). This episode has it all! It's biting, chewing and spitting it in your face, like a true satire should, while addressing some really sensitive topics: racism, abortion, adoption, high education, adult industry and its psychological tolls on the people, etc. Wonderful!

I appreciate the cringe, as it seems that that's what it takes to get trough the audience these days.

(as the world today is much cringe than it is possible to articulate or draw, no amount of cringe beats today's reality in these topics) Well Done!

Insanely boring and unfunny

Warning: Spoilers
The entire episode is, as the title of the review might tell you, really boring to sit through and not funny in the slightest. There's a side plot with meg giving Chris these cupcakes to sit on for a viral stunt, but really that might as well have been the main plot because it's focused on more then the stuff with Boston stewie. The Boston stewie plot sucks too, since Boston stewie is a super one note character who they keep repeating the same jokes with and it gets super old quick, and the whole thing of Stewie trying to civilise him which feels like it's been done a trillion times too. Boston stewie is not a worthy successor to Bertram!!!

We get it Seth, you hate half of your viewers

Seth MacFarlane has really jumped the lefty shark. Each episode has more and more references to how much he hates republicans, and it's just not funny anymore. Like South Park, you used to be able to make fun of both sides, and it used to actually be funny. I remember when you made an entire episode with Rush, and it was refreshing to see. Now, it's just terrible, boring and safe plot lines, with random shots at conservatives thrown in over and over again. Both sides watch your show, but I guess you could care less about half of them. Very disappointing. This show has been boring and predictable for years now anyways...
