Unexpected thrilling full throttle horror ride.....

Warning: Spoilers
Seems reviewers here missed the point or simply do not really get the horror genre, its eclectic mix of thresholds, how it can transform quickly and how it is not just about Brad Pitt killing zombies.

True horror movies take what we view as ordinary, run-of-the-mill, and take that to a place, usually a dark place, and present something totally unexpected.

Here is a movie that does just that. Believe me, when you see how this movie goes, you will be glad you sat down to watch it. Here we have a killer sentient car, able to transform into other car models (wow...what a paint job!) at will, and tempts people to sit inside - to consume their flesh. Following an accident, the battered car is towed into a Chicago police impound garage. For the employees trapped inside, it is a fight for survival against a malicious being...

The car from hell idea is no newbie to the horror genre but what this film does with the idea - sure is folks! I am not adding spoilers here.

I love horror movies where the evil transcends from the usual: the serial killer, the thing in the lake, the alien beings, the possession... That's all been there, done that, and few films manage to bring something new with those premises. So, when I read about a killer car morphing into other car shapes and outwitting humans - I just had to see it. Last time I saw a killer car idea as good as this one was actually called The Car, a 70s horror movie.

The simple premises are always the best ones in this genre. This one goes into overdrive and pits steel against bone in 90 mins of pure thrill time.
