Wile i DO play the game a lot...like a LOT. My opinion is still kinda mixed, lets start with the good things. One thing i can say for certain is that this game pretty much started this hole "Be The Dino" kinda trend in games, nowadays dinosaur sim games are everywhere! This one is the first ever to be made so thats why i bought it, the graphic's in the game are...good, i dont have a very good computer so i cant run really high settings so the ones i have set are decent, the controls are also quite good, and it for the most part is a fun game. But its like a 50 50 chance that you ARE going to have fun, the odds are leaning into you will have fun but still. The game sometimes can be very VERY slow and thats not good if you want people to play more when your gamplay is just spending 6 hours just growing your dinosaur. And most of the time when you DO grow it you most likely will die to the first other dinosaur you see. So overall the isle is a very hard game to review sense i play the game sooo much and now im giving it a crittical review! But even if the game is not the best you can still have fun with it cant you? 6.9/10.

A game that is still in early acces, but feels like an open alpha.

As far as I know the game is in development since 2015. 2019 it was for some reason reworked. Now it is almost 2023 and the game is still in a state of early acces, feeling like an open alpha.

The graphics are actually quite good looking, but as far as I know they are out of the Unreal Engine. The mechanics of the game on the other hand are a huge disappointment. There are bugs prevalent and known for months (maybe even years) and the creators do not seem capable of fixing them and they remain.

The concept itself is interesting and I would love to see it executed in a better way, but the current developers do not seem capable to do so.

Maybe I am wrong and this game is a scam, slow development to satisfy the early acces players, as long as there are new people buying the game for a constant cash flow.
