Sex & Nudity

Violence & Gore

  • The violence is similar in style to that seen in 'Godzilla'-type features, with fairly basic special effects showing the giant creatures as they rampage through coastal towns or demolish military ships.
  • However, some infrequent moderate gore is seen on a handful of occasions.
  • In one scene a woman is killed by the giant shark when it whacks her with its tail, resulting in a small blood pool of blood.
  • You see a female character lying dead on the deck of a ship, a piece of metal has pierced her abdomen, but it is on her side away from the camera. You see some pooled blood beneath her.
  • Three characters are shown bruised and bloodied after a helicopter crash.
  • A giant crocodile eats a man, though this is offscreen and only implied.
  • A giant shark attacks a navy ship, eventually sinking it.
  • A giant shark and crocodile are shown locked in combat numerous times.
  • A giant shark attacks and destroys a submarine, and swallows another.

Profanity

  • The film also includes some mild language, comprising a few uses of 'shit', 'crap' and 'pissed'.
  • Name calling (Son of a Bitch and Bastards.)

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Some cigarette smoking.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • There are several scenes involving giant shark/crocodile attacks. Nothing graphic or particularly intense is shown.
